The firm was founded in 1993 through the partnership of certified public accountants Enrique Calleja Pinedo and Juan Alfredo Antúnez Sin.
In 1995, C.P.C. Conchita Pastrana joined as an associate through her firm Pastrana Rodríguez y Asociados, S.C.
Since 2021, both firms have been members of ALTAC INTERNATIONAL.
Founding Partners
Certified Public Accountant (C.P.C.), graduate of Universidad Iberoamericana, with a Master's in Business Administration from Instituto Tecnológico de México.
He worked in the tax practice of Price Waterhouse (now PricewaterhouseCoopers) and served as Corporate Tax Manager at Química Hoechst de México.
He was an adjunct professor at Universidad Iberoamericana and Universidad Intercontinental, respectively.
Member of the Instituto Mexicano de Contadores Públicos (IMCP), the Colegio de Contadores Públicos de México, and the Instituto Mexicano de Ejecutivos de Finanzas (IMEF).
He served on the IMCP Commission for the Analysis and Dissemination of Financial Reporting Standards (formerly the Commission on Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and on the IMEF National Financial Information Committee, which he chaired from 2004 to 2007. He also served on the Technical Advisory Council of the Consejo Mexicano Emisor de Normas de Información Financiera (CINIF) from 2010 to 2013.
He is currently authorized by the following agencies to issue statutory audit reports: the Administración General de Auditoría Fiscal Federal and the Instituto del Fondo Nacional de la Vivienda para los Trabajadores.
Certified Public Accountant (C.P.C.), graduate of Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México. He holds a specialization in Tax Law from Universidad Panamericana and postgraduate studies in Foreign Trade and Taxation at Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México.
He worked at KPMG in the tax practice at its Mexico City office.
Member of the Instituto Mexicano de Contadores Públicos and the Colegio de Contadores Públicos de México.
He was an active member of the IMEF National Financial Information Committee, serving as Vice President for the 2008–2009 term.
He is currently authorized by the following agencies to issue statutory audit reports: the Administración General de Auditoría Fiscal Federal, the Instituto del Fondo Nacional de la Vivienda para los Trabajadores, the Instituto Mexicano del Seguro Social, and the Treasury of the Government of the Federal District.
Certified Public Accountant (IMCP certified), graduate of Universidad Cristóbal Colón with honors, with a Master's in Taxation from the Instituto de Especialización para Ejecutivos. Her thesis was titled “Corporate spin-offs as a tool to address the issue of a legacy of property not owned by the testator in the case of real estate within a testamentary succession.”
She has worked in the construction sector, managing both residential and commercial projects in several cities.
She has studies in Finance and Tax and Corporate Law. She has carried out investment project evaluations, primarily in the hospitality sector.
She currently serves as Statutory Auditor (Comisario) and Board Member for various companies in Mexico.
She is authorized to issue statutory audit reports for: the Administración General de Auditoría Fiscal Federal and the Secretaría de Finanzas y Planeación del Estado de Veracruz.
